Finance and Funding
Initally the property (Warehouse) was acquired for £750,000, with the total bill finally coming to £776,167. This
included Legal charges, Stamp duty and this was finally completed on the 19th of Jan 1999.
There were additional costs on top of the main amount for acquiring the property. The Survey costs were £1034, the insurance
for the building £3267. The main bulk of the £750,000 was split, with £443,000 being finalised with a bank
loan. The results of the loan mean that repayments of £8300 every 3 months.
As can be appreciated all the work that has been carried out, cannot be acheived without funds. As a result if you can help
